The Wharfedale Pro Titan Sub A12 is an active subwoofer with a continuous output of 250-watts and a peak of 500-watts for a powerful audio performance ideal for portable sound reinforcement. A 12-inch woofer and 2.5-inch voice coil combine to deliver excellent low-frequency tones. This is complemented by the low 55Hz - 200Hz frequency response and 150Hz high-pass frequency selection. The preset integral peak limiter prevents signal distortion and amplifier/signal clipping for a clear sound. Thermal, DC fault and short circuit protection provide additional subwoofer durability and the cabinet features XLR - 1/4-inch combo jack inputs and a balanced line level output.

Class-D Amplification

The inclusion of class-D amplification ensures that the Sub A12 is both powerful and lightweight. The lightweight construction of the subwoofer makes it ideal for a wide variety of environments and applications such as mobile DJs, travelling musicians and more. With featured Qubit technology and 24-bit 192kHz DSP processing, the A12 produces a natural and open sound with smooth crossover points between 80Hz and 200Hz.
