Stereo DI Box

This 2-Channel passive DI box with Mono / Stereo switch converts the high impedance unbalanced signals from an instrument like an electric guitar, bass or keyboard into a low impedance balanced signal suitable for a mixing desk's inputs and prevents the instrument from becoming loaded down from a too low input impedance, which could affect the instrument's frequency response and cause distortion. The DI Box also allows the signal to be transmitted over long cable runs. DI Boxes are always used in live sound to get a signal out of an instrument on stage out to the mixing board, which can be as much as 500 feet away.
