The Wharfedale Titan AX12 is a portable, lightweight and durable active loudspeaker perfect for use as a main PA speaker, in arrays, or as a monitor.
The 12" powered PA speaker features a Class-D bi-amplified design that delivers 300W RMS / 600W Peak Power and with 128dB Max SPL, is an ideal solution for small to medium-sized venues.
The AX12 features a cutting-edge 6-position DSP engine and all-new HF and LF drivers that provide versatile control that cannot be seen on alternative loudspeakers
The DSP
The new DSP engine provides sophisticated internal loudspeaker management functions. These include limiting, compression, signal delay, dynamic boost, dynamic cut, crossover control and parametric EQ. Micro adjustments within each parameter ensure sonic clarity over the full frequency range.
We’ve optimised these DSP parameters to create 6 user-friendly settings including Monitor, Speech, Bass, Punch and an exclusive mode called “Live”. This Live mode applies different DSP settings to each of the 2 inputs - perfect for solo entertainers using a mic and a line-level source.
Convenient Mixer Control
For convenience, TITAN AX12 features a versatile two-channel mixer on the rear panel. The first channel of this mixer allows users to toggle between microphone and line-level inputs. A balanced XLR output provides an option to send the mix back to additional mixers, monitors or speakers.
